Customs affairs

There is a high demand for highly qualified specialists in customs affairs for a number of reasons: development of international relations and national business, economy globalization.

Field of study – 38.05.02 Customs affairs
Major – Customs affairs specialist

Study modes include:

Full-time – 5 years

Extramural – 6 years


In order to apply for the program applicants should pass the following exams:

Physical education (at the university)

Russian language (unified state exam)

Social sciences (unified state exam)


Graduates get knowledge in such spheres as law and economics which opens additional employment possibilities: not only can they work at customs affairs and law enforcement bodies, but also state and private organizations implementing international economic activity.

Graduates work at:

-          customs bodies of the Russian Federation;

-          law enforcement bodies of the state and regions;

-          federal and regional administrative bodies;

-          state and private banks carrying out currency regulation and currency control;

-          state taxing institutions;

-          organizations with different ownership types connected with international economic activity;

-          commercial organizations connected with  purchasing and delivery of goods abroad;

-          forwarding companies.
